These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OnlineStore24.eu. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

2. Orders and Payments

All prices include VAT at your countrys rate (OSS registered). We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all EU countries. Standard delivery: 3-7 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return products without reason, per EU Consumer Rights Directive. See our Refund Policy.

5. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year legal warranty under EU law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
